CRM Database
Tapping into the power of collected data.
Princeton Pro Musica uses Patron Manager as their CRM Database. Patron Manager is built on the Salesforce platform and is one of the few CRM Databases that combines the ticketing and donor information that all performing arts non-profits rely on into one location.
The largest hurdle Princeton Pro Musica faces is producing high-caliber performances with an extremely small staff, the majority of which are volunteers. When so many other, more important items fall on the same, few employees, the maintenance a CRM Database requires often falls to the bottom of the to-do list.
Khateri Consulting was brought in to be the "Certified Admin" for Patron Manager. In this role we fulfill a lot of the day-to-day reporting needed to stay up-to-date with how their organization is doing - tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investments (ROIs). We develop systems and automations to streamline processes, keep current with updates and new products, as well as maintain data input practices all with the goal to help Princeton Pro Musica operate like an organization twice their size.
Event Planning
Finishing the 2023-24 Season with an incredible performance.
To close out the 2023-24 Season, Princeton Pro Musica performed Sanctuary Road by Paul Moravec and Mark Campbell. Sanctuary Road draws from William Still’s The Underground Railroad Records, an American historical document, bringing to life specific accounts in Still’s book while drawing us into the broader story of American history in the 1850s and 60s.
The performance featured soprano Laquita Mitchell, mezzo-soprano Krysty Swann, tenor Joshua Blue, baritone Malcolm J. Merriweather, and bass-baritone Joseph Parrish. With a small staff, Princeton Pro Musica employees were asked to wear multiple hats during this performance in order to ensure the season ended on a high-note.
Khateri Consulting was brought in to assist with the running of their box office. We provided top-shelf customer service while quickly integrating in with the rest of the team. Using their point-of-sale system, Patron Manager, we assisted patrons with purchasing their ideal seat, printing tickets, and resolving any seating issues. After the event we reconciled the sales and submitted a report showing the at-the-door sales, expected attendance, and petty cash.
